How do I get to the meeting point?
The meeting point where you meet the husky guide is at the Restaurant Trockenen Steg. To get there, you can use the Matterhorn Express cable car (8 seats) and stay seated until the last station. A shuttle bus stops at the Matterhorn Express valley station every 10 minutes in peak season. The restaurant is located in the same building as the mountain station.
Is the offer suitable for children?
The offer is perfect for families and groups. The huskies are happy to be petted by both adults and children under the instruction of the musher. Children ride together with an adult.
How long does the event last?
The event lasts a total of one hour and 30 minutes. 15 minutes are planned for the walk to the circuit.
What clothes do I need?
The sleigh tours take place at almost 3000 metres above sea level. We therefore advise you to wear winter clothing and good shoes. Sunglasses and other sun protection are also recommended.
Are photos chargeable?
No. You can take as many photos as you like. The husky guide also takes photos themselves, which we send to you via WeTransfer after the event.
Can I cancel my booking time?
Yes. Up to 60 days before the start date 80% of the booking value will be refunded. At 14 days 50% and at 6 days 20%. No refund will be made 48 hours before the start of the course. A handling fee of CHF 45.00 will be charged in any case. We recommend that you take a cancellation insurance policy.

How long does it take to Trockener Steg?
The journey by the cable car (8 seats) from the valley station of the Glacier Express to the Trockenen Steg takes about 25 minutes
