This privacy policy governs the collection, processing and storage of personal data by Husky Zermatt. This policy complies with the requirements of the Swiss Data Protection Act (DSG). 3. data collection and processing
3.1 Bookings
We collect personal data that is required to provide our services. This includes:
- Form of Address (mandatory)
- First and last name (mandatory)
- Email address (mandatory)
- Telephone number (mandatory)
- Address (mandatory).
- Booking details (number of persons, age of underage participants and individual information required for the event)
- Weight of participants if required (optional)
- Shoe size for hikes (optional)
3.2 Purpose of processing
The data collected is required for the booking, organisation and implementation of husky tours and hikes. It is also used to record booking details, inform participants and meet safety requirements.
3.3 Legal basis
Personal data is processed on the basis of the performance of the contract as well as for the fulfilment of legal obligations in accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act.
4 Data storage and security
4.1 Storage period
We store personal data at least until the service has been rendered. The data is deleted at the end of the season in which the event took place. (A season usually lasts from November to April).
4.2 Data security
We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data collected and to prevent unauthorised access, use or disclosure.

5.1 Payment processing
We use third party tools to process payments. Only data required for payment processing will be passed on.
Woocommerce
WooCommerce is a free plug-in for WordPress, which adds the functionality of an online shop to the content management system. We use Woocoomerce for the user guidance in the shop. Woocommerce is distributed by Automattic Inc.

Payrexx
Payrexx is a financial services company under enables payment processing in the e-commerce sector. We use Payrexx for all payment options which are displayed in the shop.
